Im 36, married to my best friend, and a mother to the most amazing 5 kids ever! I had a baby girl at the end of June 2014, and I am struggling to get back into the swing of things. I have struggled with weight since I was a teenager, and looking back, I was never fat, I just had a distorted view of myself and that has turned into a life long struggle. I did let myself get out of control after having my first 3 kids, and became 100lbs over weight, and since then I have taken that off and kept it off for the most part, give or take 30lbs. I am now 36 and want to get into the best shape of my life. I want to be HEALTHY and FIT. Not SKINNY, that's not my goal.

My Goals:
*My biggest and ultimate goal is to lose 45lbs, and be in the best shape of my life.

*Another big goal is that I would love to run a marathon. Ive ran a half marathon (not a race, just 13.1 miles on my own).

The bottom line is that I want to be happy and healthy for myself and for my husband and kids.

Mini Goals:

by October 1st- lose total of 7lbs

November 1st- total of 12lbs

December 1st- total of 17lbs

January 1st 2015- total of 22lbs

Febuary 1st 2015- total of 27lbs

March 1st 2015- total of 32lbs

April 1st 2015- total of 37lbs

May 1st 2015- total of 42lbs

June 1st- total of 50lbs





My Program:
I am using First Fitness products, protein shakes and trimbolic and I am also juicing 2 times a day. My diet is a clean diet, no refined sugar, or white flour. I am a believer that if you give your body complete nutrition your body will take care of itself.



Personal Information:
I'm a wife to the most amazing, loving, supportive husband ever. We have 5 kids, ages 15, 13, 11, 2 and 6 months!
I am a nurse part-time and i also sell first fitness products, and I am a full time wife & mommy and I enjoy every moment of it and am thankful that God has blessed me tremendously!
