B: Shredded wheat and almond milk
L Whole-grain pasta with kale/tomato sauce
D: Black bean enchiladas with salsa verde (no cheese or fake vegan cheese) -- dumb question: are corn tortillas whole foods? I'm thinking maybe not, too refined
