Welcome to My Spark!

I am 28, a mother of 3. Most recently, I've had 2 children 13 months apart. I have never been that thin girl or anywhere close. I have curves and love them. I believe I am ready to get in shape and stay there for my health and to have more energy for my children. I'm nearing 30 and I need to do this for me!

My weightloss journey has had it's up and downs. I am an emotional eater, love food, love to eat out, love to drink socially, etc. I have learned a lot about myself ...

I am not about perfection, but about being honest. If I fall one day I get back up the next and start over. This is a life change for me.

My Goals:
I want to look and feel better, be more active, have more energy and enjoy life to the fullest!

My Program:
I do cardio in the morning 4 days a week. I use resistance bands 2 times a week and around all of that I sometimes do taebo and pilates.
