I am ready to LIFE CHANGE!

Hi sorry it's taken sooo long for me to get back to you I am going to scholl now...and the 4 kids...keep me going full tilt! (LOL) so,any ways...I wanted to see if you were up fo a gym partner?I work out a Xtreme Fitness at the Mt. Shasta mall.I go 3 times a week i'm flexable as to when...are ya interested? :)

I had a great day as far as my food intake today. I am happy with today except I am worried that I am not able to do my exercises, as I am still in a cast and don't know how to get around that. I wish I knew if that counts against me. I am not able to get any points for exercise as I am not able to go to the gym and workout. If you know of something I can do until I get my cast off I would appreciate it a lot.

Opps! I have a type error. My last comment was incorrect with written 16 years of being married and I have been married 26 years. I didn't catch it before I posted it.

I am happy to be getting involved with Spark. I have already got a partner and invited a friend to begin with me on January 1,2009. I want to be faithful in my responsibility and respectful to myself by starting on the first of the New Year as I have never done a New Years Resolutions. This will be my first. I would love to have your support as well.

I hope you have a wonderful and successful year too.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this decision. This is a great step to getting healthy. Find teams that will meet your needs. And post everyday. This will help you stay accountable. Plus that is where you will get most of your support and encouragment. There is a lot of info here for you. It will take you a couple of weeks to feel like you know where you are going on here. But ask if you have a question. We all had to in the beginning. Look for other people who have lost the weight. I personally like hanging out with them. They can teach you so much. I hope your journey here is a blessing to you.
