One choice at a time.
Synopsis of me.... I am 46. I have yo-yoed since having my children 21 years ago. I lost 48 lbs three years ago. Did a sprint tri.. I felt on top of the world. A month after the tri I did a 5k and had an asthma attack. I wallowed in self pity and over the course of 3 years I have gained back over 50 lbs. Synopsis of me.... I am 46. I have yo-yoed since having my children 21 years ago. I lost 48 lbs three years ago. Did a sprint tri.. I felt on top of the world. A month after the tri I did a 5k and had an asthma attack. I wallowed in self pity and over the course of 3 years I have gained back over 50 lbs. I decided this year was the year to get my life in order. My youngest moved away to College. My day care Job of 18 years was eating me up. My finances were a mess...My body... It is true that I lost all my self worth. I truly hated who I had let myself become. So far in 2012 the house has been refinanced. All retirement and finances are in check. My littlest has left for college and I closed my business the same week. I am actively looking for a job. I have joined a biggest loser challenge with a trainer thanks to my sister Amy. So Two of the four things have been accomplished this year. I am a work in progress. Life is getting better each day. After three weeks of working with a trainer and taking care of myself, I feel a million times better. I really see that I am worth this effort. I climbed Mount Watatic stopping many times to ensure I could breathe, but the air and the beautiful view of New England in Autumn just fueled the hike. I know that my life is coming back together. Each work out I can feel a difference in me. If you feel lower than a snakes belly just believe that you can achieve self worth again. I am not 100 %, but I no longer am at ground zero! Lessons learned: 1. Do not call yourself a name you would not want to hear a loved one call themself. 2. Tracking is necessary paperwork to succeed!

1. drink 8 glasses of water a day. 2. Exercise 6 times a week! 3. Spark for support and motivation.
Personal Information:
I have lived in MA my whole life. All 46 of them. I have been married to the same great guy for 22 years. We have two great kids.
Other Information:
I am out of excuses. Time to make time for me. I deserve it.
