I am Living Healthier with SPARKPeople. Several years ago my SPARKPeople account was established. Shortly thereafter, unexpected events unfolded in my life and my attempt to improve my health quickly went by the wayside.

It seemed that in the blink of an eye years had passed. Summer 2013 I began walking routinely. In December 2013 I returned to SPARKPeople. I had successfully sustained my walking routine for 6 months. It was time to improve my nutrition.

I am reading several blogs this week about people who have come back and have been successful !! I just came back last Sunday and I am feeling stronger and even more motivated than I ever was. All along I kept thinking I didn't really gain that much weight back. but its looking like I really did.. and this time around with SparkPeople I am eager to get my exercise.. where before I was doing it because I had too.. but those muscles knew!! LOL and they are craving a good work out ..
Your story is very inspiring. Thanks for sharing..

I totally agree...there a a LOT of people that would not do well with having a "coach" many that I know. I already KNOW that I am not a "leader" type but a follower type. You are apparently a "leader" type. My DH is also a leader/teacher and I am blessed to be part of this union....we complement each other. I do hope you do the Beck, I think it is THE most unique program / "solution" I have ever read. It WORKS.

Thanks for your support! And your page inspires me so much when I come to it...you are lovely and have done so WELL!
