*Do not eat "food" from the vending machine at work
*Eat something nutritious for breakfast every morning
*Weigh 240 by the end of March
*Weigh 200 by New Years Eve
*Eat more fruit
*Visit gym 3 to 4 days out of the week for at least an hour no matter how tired I think I am from work
*Be able to use an eliptical machine without my knees hurting.
I am becoming more aware of my portion sizes. I don't need to feel like my gut is going to bust to be full. I am drinking water before I eat every meal. I started using Green Coffee Extract and Red Raspberry Ketones January 8th, 2013 to see if it works for me.
