*Reach my goal weight of 120lbs and stay there!

My Program:
During the Summer:

M/W: Run 6.5 miles outside, plus abs.

T/TH: Run 3 miles outside, plus 1 hr of cardio/strength kickboxing.

FRI: Run 3 miles outside, plus 1 hr w/ Personal Trainer.

SAT: Run 3 miles on treadmill, plus 1 hr barbell class.

During the Winter:

M/W: 60min on elliptical, plus P90X.

T/TH/SAT: 75min on elliptical, plus abs.

FRI: 60min on elliptical, plus 1 hr w/ Personal Trainer.

I was 54 when I joined SparkPeople and 56 when I came back and started my Spark Program, starting with Stage One. This is a one day at a time program, but if you do the SparkPeople Program Steps, it really does work. I am terribly average, it's the SP program that is extraordinary.

I found logging my foods in the Nutrition Tracker helped me to lose 90 lbs in 16 months! I started at 210 and went to 120.

I hung clothing that was too small on my closet door and every time I would get discouraged I would try them on. Week by week they started fitting! That kept me motivated.

Welcome aboard, we really are all in the same boat! Sometimes we can sail right along but sometimes we have to be rowing like crazy!

You can make it happen! SparkPeople really does work!

So glad you found and love SP. Isn't it awesome?
It sounds like you are doing a great job eating healthy and getting exercise.
I do recommend you join a few Spark Teams. That's a great way to make Spark Friends and also to get and give support to others.
