I'm really doing it. Goodbye 100 pounds!!!! I'm slowly working my way down approximately 100 pounds that I need to lose. I'm doing this by being a happy Sparker and using and giving support, working on exercising in an effiecient way with my health problems and having a new relationship with food.

My Goals:
My goal is to focus on ten pounds at time, with the ultimate goal of losing 80-100 pounds. I figure I will know when I get there.
My Program:
1. Change my relationship with food. Hunger or emotion? 2. Change things that aren't good for my health problems. i.e. delete salt 3. Maintain an active presence on Sparkpeople and with my support team and health coach 4. Increase amount of exercise as I can, push myself to do a bit more. 5. Continue my PT and have the patience to not over do it!
Personal Information:
I am fortunate to live in incredibly beautiful Oregon. I love to garden and there's plenty here to work on year round. I spend a lot of time outdoors with Emily, our puppy. Hobbies include, cooking, reading, beading, gardening, sewing or anything that can catch my interest.
