    Jeanette my precious sister in the Lord......I am so very happy to see you have finally joined Sparks. Check it out! Read alot of the helpful hints and the recipes are great too. We have tried a few but I forget to let people know which ones......lol you know me forgetful! Honey even on a budget you can loose weight. Just remember to weigh things and put it on your plate that way and I have used a smaller plate and that helps. I don't do it all the time thou. Also drink water! I keep a 20 oz water bottle with me all the time and you will be surprised after awhile it isn't a bother to drink it. I use alot of ice.     Just saw your comment on not being able to start diet due to finances. Just remember that you can still make small changes. Just try logging everything you eat on spark. It is a great way to see where your are and help you to make informed choices on what to eat, or what portion to eat.
    Welcome to the Conservative Christian Ladies Tea Time. I pray you find fellowship and encouragment here.
    Right now I am unable to be very active on here due to the travelling we are doing and not always having internet connection.
    Just remember to do what you can. Even 10 minutes of walking can have a postive effect.
