My Goals:
1. Started out with a goal to eat 2-3 fruits/veggies a day. Now going for 3-5...

2. Started trying to walk 1 time/day. Now including C25K program into my daily workouts.

3. Started tracking all food eaten in a day. Now trying to stay within healthy range of calories. Tracking and limiting intake of sodium.

I wanna compete in a triathlon!! That's my BIG goal. My small goal is to stay consistent!!! (And I eat....plenty!)
