My Goals:
I want to lose 80 pounds this year. I also want to be firm in all those currently jiggly places :)
Some of my 2010 goals are:

1) drink 8 glasses of water daily
2) exercise at least 10 minutes every day
3) do 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week
4) keep a record of daily food intake
5) be happy with small goals & steps achieved
6) lose 10 pounds in Jan & 10 pounds each month until I reach my goal weight
7) smile & greet everyone I meet
8) attend church more often
9) encourage others w/ their dreams & goals
10) dance in my underwear and look good doing it!!
11) become healthy as well as fit
12) continue my education and get my degrees
13) believe in myself, because I can do anything I set my mind too!
14) Get better organized w/ my time

My Program:
I am starting small so that I will not lose motivation. I plan to do at least 5 minutes of some type of exercise this week, then add more time each week. If I do more the first week - Great!
Started Boot Camp so my first month has changed a bit!!! I want to give myself a little kick to get started :)

Personal Information:
I currently live in AL, lived most of life in Ga and hope to move back one day. It's just a hop over the bridge :)

Other Information:
I like junk food, that is my downfall. When I get motivated I tend to stay motivated. But when I fall down and lose that motivation, it is soooo hard getting back on that exercise bike.

How are You? I hope you are well and I hope you son is coming along with his healing.
Thanks for the goodie and well wishes. I'm just waiting so I can get back to sparking. 4 weeks seems like forever but it's ok. Nothing I haven't done before. lol.
I hope you are having a great summer and staying cool. It is already miserable here.

Thanks for your comment on my blog about doing a big bike ride. I am happy to know you are also a biker. For me this is a big thing. I never in a million years imagined I would want to go on such a ride. I have a friend at work who is a crazy biker, she has left work ( that is a 12 hour night shift) and rode like 50 or 60 miles!
I have it planned for Sunday providing the weather is good. We've been having a lot of rain lately. I know what you mean about it being relaxing, and I love the scenery and the good smells of the trees and flowers blooming! Can't wait! Have a great Thursday!

How are you doing? I'm a little better after receiving some encouragement from you and Shannon. It was nice to know that I'm not alone in this. It has been hard lately but you are right... It is a constant battle and we have to stay strong.
