Exercise everyday, lose at least 1 pound a week and keep a positive attitude everyday!

walking, toning with 8- 10 lb weights

Personal Information:
Great job, great family, a few good friends things are going well.



Stress eater/emotional eaterduring challenging times helped me to gain 30 pounds I can't stand carrying around anymore. Age and family bad eating habits are making this SOOOO much harder than it used to be.

Other Information:
I Love to read.

I love music, funny movies, the beach, and travel. Laughter is my drug of choice!



I hate to cook.

I am terrible at sports.
