Just me here

Hello, just me here. I decided about 2 weeks ago to do my first half marathon in January. YIKES! I have knee issues. My goal is to train without injury and to finish the race healthy. I figure I work out 5-6 days a week - it'd be better to have a goal. And, yeah, I've always wanted to be a jogger/runner. I jog when on vacay but at home, I do kickboxing, spinning and TRX. Now onward and upward!

My Goals:
I know that me now is not me then. I would like to regain the toning and healthy lifestyle; I have fell off the bike and need to get back into it.

My Program:
I lift weights and do cardio, spinning, rollerblade (wicked fun) 5-6 days a week. Sometimes I do some yoga on the weekends (the OnDemand fitness is awesome for that).
