Counting every calorie at first until I learn how manage my meals without thinking.

Longer walks.

1) 165 by August 30
2) Read for leisure every day
3) Walk to work at least 3 times per week.

Everyone in our cabin seems so nice. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better. I didn't see any poison ivy, so I hope I'm not itching in my sleeping bag tonight!!!!
