It's just time

I have struggled with weight most of my adult life. And to tell the truth I played at losing but I have never really tried with true dedication. I am finally ready to do the work. Portion control and exercise will be the most difficult, but I am at the place where I believe it is just time to do it.

My Goals:
Ok, I just signed up and I'm feeling optimistic. This looks do-able. Yes, I would like to lose 40-50 pounds but my main focus is to feel better. To like what looks back at me through the mirror.

Personal Information:
Christian homeschooling stay at home mom of two wonderful children. Married 16 yrs.

Other Information:
Although I love to read I am beginning to think it is a way for me to escape real life and it lands me in my recliner too much. I also like to cook, but the problem is I like to eat what I cook too much. Hmmmmmmmm, looks like I need some new hobbies.

Welcome to the team. This is a good place to get started with your goals. Lots of love and motivation here. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 girls (11, 7, and 4 mths.). I'll be married 2 years on the 26th to the love of my life. My hardest thing is like yours: the exercising and portion control. It's hard to get to the gym and I put too much on my plate. Hang in there and good luck on your journey.
