My Goals:
Lose 20+lbs. My goal weight is 140, and right now I'm at 174. I'd like to lose 25lbs at a minimum. It's going to take hard work and determination. I'd like to lose those 25 by June 1, 2008.
My Program:
1.) Less alcohol 2.) Less snacking 3.) Exercise at least 14x a month 4.) Log SparkPeople food daily.
