My Goals:
Right now I weigh 217lbs, my goal is 174lbs, but if I get out of the 200s I'd be the happiest man on earth. I usually get down to 214lbs, but I start going back up for some reason. Immediate goal is 100 anything even 199.9lbs would make me happy.

My Program:
My wife and I are members of a semi popular Gym (L A Fitness). We go there 4 days a week. And so far we really enjoy our time there. I'm trying to learn cooking and cooking healthy meals so I can stay away from the fast food joints. (Ha) I welcome good recipes

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Memphis TN, but , currently live in Wesley Chapel, FL, right outside Tampa, FL.

I have been wanting to do that walk for a couple years and was very happy to have everybody along for the walk. Really glad you enjoyed your day in California.. emoticon

And you can loose more weight.. Pick a time frame break it down, per year, per month, ( some people do per week , I like per month) then list what you have to do each day to meet that goal, do this with everything in life. It works you can achieve anything. Remember A VISION WITHOUT A PLAN IS A HALLUCINATION" emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog. YOU WILL GET BELOW 214 I just know it. YOU CAN DO IT.

If it seems stale, do something else. Change up the routines, food choices, hire a trainer if none of it works.

Make a bold statement that will motivate you, like selling something you love dearly, (for my Dh that would be his golf clubs). Fitness is a journey with many twists and turns, enjoy the trip as well as your destination!
