    And you can loose more weight.. Pick a time frame break it down, per year, per month, ( some people do per week , I like per month) then list what you have to do each day to meet that goal, do this with everything in life.     If it seems stale, do something else. Change up the routines, food choices, hire a trainer if none of it works.

    Make a bold statement that will motivate you, like selling something you love dearly, (for my Dh that would be his golf clubs). Fitness is a journey with many twists and turns, enjoy the trip as well as your destination!
