"Strong and Healthy"
That is my mantra for trying to become strong and stay healthy. My program is not the best right now, had to give up the gym membership to keep up on all the horse-related expenses. However, my daughter became engaged in athletics with the horse, so that make it worth it. We both ride 2-4 or even 5 times a week (summer), plus all the activity getting ready and after.
