Hi! I'm Deborah! Loosing the baby fat has been just as hard of a challenge as it was last time. I'm doing it though! I gained weight slowly through college. Until I went from 118 lbs. to 135 when I got married. I gained 55 lbs during the first pregnancy and was devastated when only 10 of it came off before I left the hospital! (I had actually packed my pre- pregnancy jeans!) I went down from 185 to 145 before I got pregnant with my second. I did better with my second until the end and once again I walked into the hospital at 185 (atleast it was a little under the first!). I walked out at 175 horribly depressed. I started eating better and teaching aerobics. 3 years later I reached 130. I was actually less than my marriage weight and was fitting in jeans that I had not fit in since high school! Baby 3 would have gone better, but I broke my leg when I was 3 months pregnant, had surgery and had to sit it out. I still did well with my eating until the doctors had a coronary because I had only gained 3 lbs at 6 1/2 months. So I made up for it the last tri-mesterby gaining about 35. This time I walked in at 165 and walked out at around 160. I slaved away and got back down to 130 a few months ago, but my cruise and the aftermath have not done me any favors. I am determined to get down to 120. I am eating healthy and exercising. I am so glad that I found sparkpeople.

My Program:
Right now I am food journaling every day. I teach my high impact aerobics class 2 days a week and a bootcamp class 1 day a week. I attend an intense circuit weights class 2 days. I am going to incorporate running back in to my program.



Personal Information:
I am 34 years old. I teach group fitness classes. I have 3 very cute and adorable kids all under the age of 8. We have a very hectic busy life managing several businesses from our home.


Other Information:
I lost 45 lbs after my last baby by exercising and eating right and I am back at it again after this one!

    Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my page! Losing the weight after babies is so hard. You don't have the time you did before and for some reason the body seems more stubborn and holds onto fat more than before. At least that's what I found.

    Your goals are great! I also want to do a triathlon. That's on my list of goals for next year, but I'll have to get serious and work on my swimming skills so that I actually look like I'm swimming and not drowning :) Way to go on losing 10 pounds! You'll be at your goal before you know it.
