My Goals:
Goal weight: 135lbs (or 61kgs) --- or til belly chub is gone ;)

To complete the Stoltzen Opp (in Norway) in less than 15 minutes and run my first half marathon in September


My Program:
Eating 1200-1550 calories per day. Exercising 5 days a week (gym and/or a 30 minute run outside).

Newly added - yoga and pilates classes with some friends!


Personal Information:
Born and raised in Michigan but moved to New Zealand to do my Bachelor degree in Marine Science. Now in Norway working on my Masters in Marine Ecology.

Wow, the fact that you have done that race is just amazing to me, great job!! :) I saw you at the Norway team and I want to try and make it a bit more active.. Would love it if you checked in :)

(And I never know if people there are Norwegians or people married to Norwegians or people living in Norway etc so never know if I should write in Norwegian or English so I settle for English, haha. But feel free to reply back in Norwegian)
