Basically I just want to eat smaller portions and actually keep up a exercise regime..because I can start them I just can't keep it going, and I really just want to be happy doing it all while losing at least 10 pounds. :) What are yours? 2701 days ago
Hi, welcome to the Find a Buddy group. I just read your "want ad". I think I would like to set some challenges or a competition. I was doing really well but I feel like I have gained it all back. I haven't, but I am not making any progress, either. I have about 10-15 pounds to lose. What do you think?
Don't be so hard on yourself. It's easy to lose track once in awhile and atleast you are active. Sounds like you just need to refocus on your eating habits and you'll be back to where you want to be. Try finding your inspiration, also. My husband just lost about 55 lbs over the past 6 months and he is my inspiration. Seeing that it can be done is better than someone telling you it can be done. Find something that will remind you everyday why you are doing this and you will be successful.
