Getting up early is how I "used" to do my workouts, now I have to get up early to get them in. My 16 year old daughter and 13 year old son are both playing basketball this year, and are on two different schedules, so if I don't rise early they don't get done. I do squeeze in an extra walk in the evenings while they are at practice. Thanks for the friend add, I added you too!

I should probably clarify, we cook our dinners nightly :) That would be impressive if we did all those dinners too in one hour!
