Yes! Love your idea for cleaning. And I basically did the same thing. I put reruns of my favorite show on from Netflix. While there were no commercials, I've seen every episode multiple times so I sat and watched "the good parts" and cleaned the rest of the time :)

I completely agree that carbs are not as bad as people make them out to be. I have the tendency to eat the junk carbs - the potato chips, cookies, pasta, potatoes. The past few days I have juiced so I am getting healthy carbs there. I just need to reduce the other stuff I am eating. I need to get in more fiber, honestly.
