Time For Change

Time for change...not too original, but still true. I just turned 31 years old and have experienced a ton of changes (good and bad) in the past year or so and quite frankly I am tired of feeling sorry for myself. Is my life exactly what I had planned? No, but who's is! I need to start focusing on being grateful for what I do have and trying to make the best of the rest. I need to start realizing that food is not the enemy, I am. My Goals:
Exercise 4X of week is some form or fashion. Be reasonable with my food--eat when I am hungry and stop when I am not. Be more positive and stop feeling sorry for myself!

My Program:
Don't really have a particular program set in place, just trying to accomplish the goals I set and blog along the way!

Personal Information:
I have been married for 4 years and have 2 dogs. My husband graduated law school and is going to be starting his own law practice (a little scary for us both). I manage dental office which is not my dream job, but pays the bills right now :) I am looking forward to a year of changes and improvements!

The 8 miles went well. The best part is when you lose yourself in your thoughts and realize you ran X miles without even thinking about it. That makes it totally enjoyable... when you can just zone out and reboot your brain. I never used to be able to run like this... it always used to be a struggle/chore for me, but now it's something I really enjoy and use to unwind. :)
