It's tough...but we 've got to keep logging in daily and checking up on ourselves. You may keep slipping but by logging in daily, you remind yourself that you are still in the game. Don't beat yourself up, but get right back on track. I am struggling since I returned from holidays in October and I still have not been able to discipline myself to eat the right stuff....but I log in daily and try to track my nutrion and fitness.
Have I been happy with what I've reported...not always...but I am well aware of what I do right or wrong each day, and my resolve is strengthened and a new plan made.
