Getup and move!
The hardest part of getting fit is actually getting up and exercising everyday. My family is the most important thing to me. Being able to spend time doing the activities that they enjoy is well worth the small obstacles that stand in they way.

My Goals:
- Start Training for a 10K. Done!!! - Finish Week 1-2 of 10K. Done!!! - Finish week 3-4 of 10K. DONE!!!! - Finish Week 5-6 of 10k. - Finish Week 7-8 of 10K. - Finish Week 9-10 of 10K. - Run my second race in a better time. (35:12)
My Program:
- Drink more water and less sugar filled drinks. - Exercise or some type of physical activity for 30 minutes a day. - Be proud of the small steps, knowing the big ones will come. - Eat more complex carbs and less simple carbs.
