My Program:
eating healthy and allowing myself approximately 1200-1500 cal/day

exercising 5-6 times/ week (cardio each day for at least 40 minutes and strength training 2-3 days)

rewarding myself once every couple of weeks and allowing for a 'cheat day'- or better yet- a 'reward day'

I had to laugh at your comment on the message board about how did we do on V-Day. Your post was EXACTLY how I was feeling but you know what?...one weekend does not equate to a total disaster. We pick ourselves up and dust off. I got up at 5am today and ran for 45 mins outside. Now I'm doing crunches and pushups. I even took DD to the movies today and stayed within my calorie range because I thought ahead and brought my own popcorn. Anyway...just wanted to say I can totally relate!

Thanks for the comment. I have start just loving podcasts. I listen to them when I am cooking most often. I learn a lot and it really helps me stay motivated and focused. There are so many good ones out there.
Hope you are staying focused this week and are able to see some progress.
