Fat to Fit: My Journey to a healthy, stable lifestyle.

I have been heavy my entire life so I dont even know what a healthy image of myself is. My husband and I have 3 kids. In order to take care of my family I need to take care of myself first.

My Goals:
Goal #1: Get my weight below 250 lbs. (the weight when I got pregnant with my son in 2007.
Goal #2: Get my weight below 200 lbs. (the weight I was in the 6th grade.)
Goal #3: Get off of Adipex ( I am currently on a physician supervised weight loss plan that includes appetite suppressing medication.)
Goal #4: Complete my degree in Food and Nutrition and successfully gain employment. ( I am attending USI this summer to finish my degree.)
Goal #5: Reach a Healthy BMI (or at least reach a healthy weight for me.)

My Program:
I do the biggest loser dvds in my home, Sunday-Friday. I make up my own diet plan usually staying around the 1300-1600 calorie range. I try to walk at least a mile, two -three times per week (weather permitting.)

Personal Information:
I live in Winslow. Indiana. At my highest, I weighed 315 pounds in November 2011. My lowest adult weight was around 250 pounds before I conceived my son in June 2007. I weighed about 200 pounds in the sixth grade and every year the number has continued to rise.

Other Information:
I am amazing. I can do things that I never thought I could. I love my kids and love my life.
