I live in Syracuse, NY.

My charming husband and I have been married for 18 years. We have a delightful 16y.o. daughter named, Grace.

I love being a private duty nurse. It allows me to give the level of care my patients deserve while offering me flexibility to serve my LORD, family and friends with enjoyment. I am not Hard of Hearing or Deaf, but have a desire to be able to work with members of those communities.



Other Information:
3/26/12--After losing 43 pounds in 13 months, I received the good news from my doctor that I am now a "Diet [exercise] Controlled Diabetic." NO MORE INSULIN OR DIABETIC PILLS NEEDED!

From your Start page (or really anywhere), go to the top of your page and click on Articles and Videos, then Videos. If the seated workouts are featured that day they will appear on the main page. If they aren't featured that day you can look down the right side of the page and navigate to Seated workouts. Let me know if you have trouble. (I would've just given you a link but I'm at work).
