Take care of myself instead of just taking care of others.
Be more active!
Trust in the LORD for daily strength!
Continue looking towards my friends for support and encouragement.
I live in Syracuse, NY.
My charming husband and I have been married for 17 years. We have a delightful 14 y.o. daughter named, Grace.
I love being a private duty nurse. It allows me to give the level of care my patients deserve while offering me flexibility to serve my LORD, family and friends with enjoyment. I am not Hard of Hearing or Deaf, but have a desire to be able to work with members of those communities.
3/26/12--After losing 43 pounds in 13 months, I received the good news from my doctor that I am now a "Diet [exercise] Controlled Diabetic." NO MORE INSULIN OR DIABETIC PILLS NEEDED!

May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
I'm so glad to hear from you. I was just thinking about you this morning! Sorry about your arm. Hope it heals quickly. I have one Francine River's books and tried to read it and couldn't get into it - never read another one. I'm reading a Bodie Thoene book right now. Been meaning to read these books now that I have seen most of the places that are described in the books. I rarely have time for a novel. The last book I read was the Ten Commandments by Dr. Laura. Had it for years before I read it. It really caused me to think about the commandments in another light - especially since she is Jewish.
Take care of yourself, and thank you so much for writing!
