My Goals:
* Lose at least 1 pound per week.

* Get rid of some weight related health problems (slep apnea, blood pressure creeping up)

* Praying to one day see a "1" in the hundreds digit on the scale. :)

My Program:
-Eating less of the bad stuff (never going to give it up completely, but that doesn't mean I need to eat the whole dozen donuts.)

- Eating more of the good stuff more often - really trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies.

-More activity - trying some form of activity 5 oout of 7 days a week.

Thank you! I actually sent a copy to their FB page letting them know that I won't be leaving the gym because of this, but this guy needs to be checked. He does NOT seem to care about the clients...
