My Goals:
* Lose at least 1 pound per week.

* Get rid of some weight related health problems (slep apnea, blood pressure creeping up)

* Praying to one day see a "1" in the hundreds digit on the scale. :)

My Program:
-Eating less of the bad stuff (never going to give it up completely, but that doesn't mean I need to eat the whole dozen donuts.)

- Eating more of the good stuff more often - really trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies.

-More activity - trying some form of activity 5 oout of 7 days a week.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. You are correct in my hubby's feelings. He really likes the way I like in my new clothes. I like the way I feel in them. You can bet I will be showing them in the gym frequently! The offensive article has been given away and a new one (the proper size) has been ordered! Everything is great at home! Thanks so much for being there!

Hello! thank you for adding me as a friend! I've been mia on spark the last couple of months, but will be more active now. How's your plan coming along? I got off track for a couple of months and gained 10 pounds back, but am down 2 now. :)
