To maintain my KOPS status and get my walk classes going.
I get outside as much as possible, bike riding, running and walking. When I stay indoors, I do Leslie Sansone DVD's for my workouts. I am a certified WalkLeader for Leslie and I lead classes every week in Anchorage.
I live in Anchorage, Alaska. I made KOPS status in December, 2014.
Hi Christine! How have you been? I have gotten way off track and gained most of the weight back that I lost 4 years ago. But guess there's no time like the present to turn it around again! I love to walk/jog/exercise now if I could learn to eat better!
