A new beginning
Hi, I'm 45 years old and have been overweight for the last 20 years. I have tried mant diets and always fail. I plan on making this time. I have 95lbs to lose . I want to be able to keep up with my grandkids. I have 3 a girl and 2 boys right now. I will have a new granddaughter the end of Jan.
My Granddaughter was born today 1/25/08! Check her out!
2/16/08 I've lost 10lbs so far and went down 1 size in pants. I am so proud.
10/2/08 I'm back and need help. ...

10/2/08 I'm back and need help. I've gained 7lbs back and my suger is out of control. I'm going to take it one day at a time and not let anything get in my way.
12/15/08 I'm here and ready to start over. I am looking into getting the lab band surgery. Think it would help keep me on track. My kids are really behind me this time. I want and need to get my weight down so my health will be better. I want to live to dance at my grandkids weddings.
