My Goals:
My goal is to loose at least 8 lbs. I started the end of Dec. But really got serious 3-28-06 (last month.)

My Program:
Excercising with wirht training, running at least 1 to 3 miles 3 days a week and some core stretches with a little dumb bell wts. Trying to stay on the 1200 to 1500 callories.

Personal Information:
Keep Exercising.....

Other Information:
I tend to get caught up in other things and miss time for excercise. So I need to stay on track and keep up the running 3 to 4 days a week to stay with the program. I just need motivation from other people to keep me going and help me lose the 10lbs and keep it off.

Maybe 5 more lbs if that works. That would be ideal.

WOW! Just stopped in to check and you and you're down another 2.5 pounds! Great job....!!!!! Keep it up, just 4.5 more pounds to the end!! I KNOW it has been hard, but you stuck with it! Proud of you!!! :-)

Thanks for your comment on my page! You are doing great!!! And....I HAVE to add that you do not look old enough to have children 19 and 16!!! You are definitely doing something right! My scales go up and down and then one week, they slide down. It takes time and you have lost 4 pounds already! Keep it up, girl!!! You're on your way!!!!

Dear Jan, just dont give up! u r doing great. Obiously that u got rid of the body fat and built up some muscles. i bet that you have noticed, that your clothes look a bit bigger on you now. Basicly what happens, fats are transfered into the muscles. Did you know, that fats take 40% room more than a muscles? Just measure yourself. Weight can be very various to different people.
And one more note: callories you take (1200-1500) is not enough. Eating like this you will slow your metabolisme. Try to take smaller portions and eat about 5-6 tms per day. You will see a difference.
