I'm an Airforce wife - we have two beautiful daughters (11 and 4) - My dh is leaving for the desert for at least 6 months so my goal is to lose 20lbs before he comes home.

I'm a busy girl - I work fulltime as a Compliance Auditor and I have a photography business on the side that I do on the weekends. I'm also a co-leader of my daughter's Girl Scout troop. Finding time to exercise and eat healthy can be very difficult.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into better shape. I'd like to be happy with what I see in the mirror and happy with how my cloths fit me. I refuse to buy bigger sized clothing so it's either go naked or lose weight!

My Program:
I'm going to eat healthy and try to exercise several times a week.

Right now I'm using the Wii a lot. I have the AE Active and Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing. I'm loving those two programs.

I just got the GoWear Fit - it's a little device you wear on your arm and it tracks your movement (your steps, calories burned) sleep etc. I'm hoping this little guy is going to help me achieve my goals.

Other Information:
Anything else....oh I LOVE to read. I mean I really really love to read. I'll read almost anything. I choose my books at the store by picking the thickest one that looks kinda interesting. I barely even look at the summaries on the back. If it's fiction and thick - I'll read it! I love the Laurel K. Hamilton and the Diana Gabaldon Outland series. I read fast so series are favorites of mine because I can read about the same characters for more than few days. :)

HOW IS IT GOING!!!! YOUR ALMOST DONE WITH CARB DEPLETE WEEK- KEEP IT GOING!!!

I have today and tomorrow and I can hardly stand the wait LOL! Monday will be like Christmas- a bowl of oatmeal LOL!! ha ha!!

I am just lucky I am not getting bored with the food YET! LOL! another week of this and it would have killed me LOL!

Hi Brooke,

thanks for stopping by my page. emoticon for almost being at the end of P90X.

As for me, a 2nd round is not in the cards, it's not for me. i did so many modifications to it, the only thing that was left from Tony was the strenght training.

My plan is to do cardio and yoga till the end of february. Starting march 1st, I'll be doing a 3 1/2 month program called STS. Strenght and cardio rotation with Cathe friedrich dvd's. i can't wait!

I'm still sticking around buddy system!
