The thing is, I am over it. I have lived an amazing life the last 7 years. I met, fell in love with and married my soul mate. I have given birth to the most amazing kid. I coach some of the most greatest teenaged girls I have ever known. I earned a PhD. My journey to this point was too much fun to keep in the gym. So now I am paying the price. Its not bad, its not good. I am not a failure at life... I just need to take care of myself a little more.
Weight Goals and Rewards:
210: Anthropologie Catch and Release Scarf
200: Ruffled wrap etsy top
190: New etsy bag
180: New coaching wardrobe (5 pairs of shorts, 5 pairs of warm up pants, 5 long sleeve shirts).
170: 3 pairs of Long and Lean jeans.
160: New work wardobe (5 pairs of paints, 5 skirts, 10 top, 5 dresses, 5 pairs of jeans).
How I am going to do it:
1). In the gym- 5 days a week.
Three spin classes, plus cardio and weights.
2). Making the most of work.
Walk 2-3 times a day, plus desk workouts.
3). Vegetarian 4 days a week.
4). Yoga once a week.
5). Track food.
150 pounds (loss of about 78 pounds) by August 1, 2011.
Walk twice a day, 5 days a week.
Weights 5 days a week. Yoga 1-2 days a week. Bike once a week.
Cardio 5 days a week.
Starting an office workout routine.
