My goals is to feel healthy. I do want to lose weight but I would really like to walk up a fleight of stairs and not be winded.
I am just getting this whole thing set up , so I am not realy sure. I do know that I have joined a gym and I am gonna try to go there 3 days a week.
I am a 31 year old female from Ohio. I currently am working out of my home as a medical transcriptionist and I love it. I make up my own schedule. The only problem is I can eat all the time if I wan to.
