I will not fail!

My goal is to fit back in a size 6! After i had my twins eight years ago i lost just about all of my pregnancy weight...but have put it all back on! I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive and is joining me on a new way of eating healthier and exercising. He's a great diet buddy! I hope to be at my target weight loss by the end of the December so i can pick something other than "losing weight" for my new year's resolution!

My Program:
1. Eat healthy foods.
2. Exercise daily.
3. Keep a food journal.
4. Drink tons of water!
5. Stop the night snacking.

Other Information:
I'm taking one day at a time and will not fail!

Jen~ COME BACK! I've been on for a couple of weeks & the weight it starting to come back off. It's killing me I think, but it's coming off. I'm going to stock you sister...lol

Hey Jen! I saw your question about your legs and the treadmill. I can't do squat right now because I have vertigo. I am not a happy camper. Anyway..I always did 2-3 days of no running in between the running days. You need to do a Couch to 5k if you really like the running and want to build things up slowly and not overdo. Ok? How are things going? ~julie
