My Goals:
My goal has changed, I have decided not to join the U.S Military, and to continue to work for myself. My new goal is to continue to improve myself, for a better quality of life.
My Program:
I am watching my calories like a hawk, My job is very physical, but that is no excuse!! I still do 40 min of calesthenics plus 1hr of Walking / Running 3 or 4 days a week, after work. The 5 day a week program has brought me great results. Now its just about maintenance.
Personal Information:
I am from New york NY, I drive a Straight truck in the NY/NJ area. I work for myself and thank God, I am very successful.
