Yep...I do my circuit strength work M, W and F and will be doing C25K on T, R, and S or S. I do a bit of cardio to warm up at the gym and to cool down, but nothing hard core.
And no worries, I'm not jumping ahead any more than I already have. I figured it wouldn't bee so bad since I've been doing treadmill intervals of 60 seconds jogging, 60 seconds walking for few times a week for the last couple of weeks. But I totally don't want to undermine long term success. If nothing else, I tend to be a zealot for whatever program I'm following.
Couldn't agree more with your comment about the unstructured-ness of weekends. Only...I get to live it seven days a week since I'm unemployed. I've created some order out of the chaos, though, and it's hugely helpful. Good luck!!!
