Amanda's Weight Loss Journey

I've been thin most of my life, but after the birth of my daughter (I gained 090 lbs during pregnancy) I haven't been able to keep weight off. I've been down to my goal weight but only for a year and then I put it all back on. I am a self proclaimed compulsive eater. I love chips, chocolate bars and fast food. But not anymore. I have also quit smoking which was a habit of mine for 10 years so I am finding it a bit more difficult wuth food cravings.

My goal is 120 lbs.
To be a better mom.
To stop and breathe.
Find a better job.
Love myself more.

My Program:
I am going to cut my calories back to about 1300 per day and walk for about 1/2 hour a day. Slow and steady. I also am reading A New Earth, Awakening You Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle and Parents in Control by David Rice.

There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; itís a great motivating way to lose weight.
