My Goals:
To get down to 165 pounds and to a size 30/32.
Get active again.
Start enjoying my Golden Years just turned 50 this year.

My Program:
Gave up smoking over 2 years ago. Stopped drinking; alcohol, coffee,tea,soda,juices,etc. I only drink water now.

MY FAST BREAK GOALS:
1) Eat 3 Fruits or vegetables per day for the next 7 days.

2) Stretch for 10 minutes per day for the next 7 days.

3) Post a message on SparkPeople's message board per day for the next 7 days.

Everybody that is doing Stage One Good Luck.

I havent missed a day at the GYM all week, its been awesome. I still havent seen that scale move yet so I think I will have to look at my diet a little more to see what I need to change. I have a feeling the stress at work lately isnt helping, How are you my dear friend?

So the GYM two days in a row, I have been so sore all day. I know that tomorrow will feel even worse. But from what I remember eventually the body gets better and warms up to it. Thank you for the warmth that you share every day!

Thank you so much for all the encouragement I went to the GYM today for the first time in a few weeks and man did it do a number on me. I feel muscles this evening I forgot I had. I love lifting weights I don't know why I stopped. I signed up for a Marathon on 10.10.10 here in Chicago so that will hopefully add to the motivation. I know to reach that goal I will have to kick some butt over the next few months. Thank you for being such a good friend, Many hug's to you and yours. TY
