My Goals:
My goal right now is just to be healthy. I have been feeling terrible for a while now and I know losing weight would help me out. I also really need a confidence boost, and I can't think of a better way to do it, then to do something great for myself.

My Program:
Eating right, drinking lots of water. Cutting soda out of my diet, staying away from fast food (which is hard for me) and exercise 4 times a week (hopefully.)
