Already Down 100lbs...30lbs to go

I am currently finishing up my sophomore year of college. Within the past year and a half I have managed to not only lose the "freshman 15" but also another 75lbs, in total I have lost 100lbs thus far and intend to lose another 30 in order to reach my goal weight of 180lbs. Where after I intend to gain some weight back but in the form of solid muscle not fat!

I follow closely with the Weight Watchers Plan...

1. Portion Control
2. Not Depriving Myself
3. Exercise
4. Water


Personal Information:
I started this journey with out any intention of losing weight. I wanted to start being healthier and accepting myself. The more I accepted myself inside and out the lbs. started shedding. I think from a psychological point of view I was extinguishing the stresses that were unnecessary in my life. I firmly believe that the majority of my weight loss was a result of self acceptance.

Other Information:
My message for those out there especially young adults looking to change their lifestyle because they are unhappy with the place they are currently in is to start talking to someone. Talk to a friend, family member, or psychologist. If eating food is one of the mechanisms you have been using to cope with stresses that are complicating your life... you can fix it. TRUST ME IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER!
