I thought I would be the first person to leave u a comment! to Spark and to the teams that we have in common which are actually 3! I am on the virtual weigh in team, the 10 minute exercise challenge team, and the 30 somethings team! I sure hope I'll be seeing u around the threads! How's your journey going so far? Have u set some goals for yourself? I've done alot of research on health and nutrition over the past month or so...so if u ever wanna chat or vent or just need an ear to bend...Feel free to look me up. I'm on alot and I do get involved with my teams so u will probably see me around quite a bit! I added u as a friend--u can never have too many! ...Feel free to add me back! Remember you're fabulous and don't let the scale dictate how well you're doing on your journey. All it's telling u is a number that is indicative of what u weigh RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT...that's it. It took me a long time to come to terms with that. I was hooked on the scale until I finally got that in my head. I cannot become victim to the scale. Yes, it is a tool but don't let it bring u down. Measure yourself. Those measurements are more accurate than the number on the scale. Look for other indicators (we call em NSV--non scale victories---how do your clothes fit? Hows your energy level? Hows your self esteem feeling lately? Feeling a little happier for some reason? Something different?)
