Learning Me

3/27/14 I am learning me. I am trying to learn how I fall into traps or cycles. How my personality is HEAVILY addictive, and the addiction changes. I am squishing into all of my clothes, and have had to reach out for larger items, because when I lost the weight last time, I thought it was going to be forever. Little did I know what was going to happen to me 10/5/13. But I am healing, and mentally am ready to lose this weight for the final time. But I am going to do it smart. No drastic pills or ...

Little did I know what was going to happen to me 10/5/13. But I am healing, and mentally am ready to lose this weight for the final time. But I am going to do it smart. No drastic pills or gimmicks for me. I gotta figure out how to do it right, or it won't last. So in the mean time I have gotten the larger clothes, because a half pound to two pounds of weight loss a week will not be enough to make a drastic change in my clothing. I know it will be a work in progress. I am supposed to fly out to my uncles in July, so I hope to have lost 10-15 pounds by then.

3/4/14 I was "Literally in Tears"
Hey guys. I'm literally in tears today. Slowly realizing that I have a very addicitive personality, and I don't want to ask people for help. I feel like a failure, and don't want to tell others. But that is where I have to start over. So maybe today, I can change what I have started. See my 3/4/14 blog.

Thank you for your note on my page. I'm so glad you are doing well. I understand a busy life so I am glad to hear from you when you can. I was just concerned because you had mentioned a fibro flare was bothering you.

You made really good choices for dinner at the restaurant. emoticon
I wish they would offer smaller portion meals. It's so hard to eat healthy when it on my plate. More places are offering meals that have a limited number of calories these days so I hope the trend continues.

You sure did do something positive for your health today. Bringing only healthy stuff to eat today for work really makes a difference. emoticon
That knocks off 5 of the hardest meals out of 21 healthy meals in a week. That's a 25% improvement.
