My Goals:
I want to tone up all over and feel healthy, energetic and strong.

Areas of focus: upper back, upper arms, stomach and upper thighs.

My Program:
EXCERCISE
(plan set 4/20/09)

Monday:
- Walk outside or on track, or do 1/2 hr on cardio machine
- Vinyasa yoga class

Tuesday:
- Strength training

Wednesday:
- Do something active, whether it's jumping rope while watching TV, walking in the city, hiking, etc.

Thursday
- Strength training
- Pilates on the mat class

Friday
- 60 minutes of cardio total, can be split into two 30 minute sessions

Saturday
- Strength training (something different than Tues./Thurs. routine)
- Do something active and fun, take yogaletes class, or do 30-45 min. cardio

Sunday
- Stretch and do yoga poses
- Go for a walk or swim laps

**Squeeze in walks outside whenever possible in addition to set routine.

Personal Information:
I work as an editor in the Boston area. I graduated college in May 2007. I just turned 24! It's just going to get harder to get in shape and establish healthy habits, which is why I'm really serious about it now!

I must've missed your comment but YES! Kelly just seems insane to me, especially during her two confrontations with Bethenny. Is she on drugs or something? Seriously! Haha. I can't wait for the reunion. Lots of gossip!

We are totally going to rock the bootcamp and look smokin' hot in just 30 days! You shouldn't have too much difficulty catching up. Today's workout wasn't extremely difficult. Be careful with the resistance band, though. Mine kept falling off!

I finished Bethenny's book yesterday and it's already helping me! I made one of her recipes for breakfast this morning and it was delish. I can't wait to try the other ones. I definitely recommend the book even more now! Haha.
