on weight watches...

I am back.....Jan 3 2011. I am now @ 161.4. up 10 lbs and need to get myself back to where I feel good inside & out!!

TODAY ...June 21, 2010...I started weight watchers agin 1 week ago weighed in @ 163.8...My gOAL is to be @ 150 lbs for the summer....Lets get started!!!!

It's time to get real...I just bought a new digital scale. I weight 166 as of today 2/20/09. My clothes are getting tight and my body is heading south. It is time for me to get motivated!
